2x Penalty box lines – curls
2x Goal box lines – WWII

Start at cornerkick sideline with block do exercise
Mosey to both sidelines land back to block.
Murderbunny to the near penalty box line
Do exercise
Mosey to both sidelines
Murderbunny to near goal box line.
Do exercise.

Keep doing this to the far goal box line, far penalty box line, and far sideline.

Turnaround and go back but change up exercises as follows:

THE THANG: Despite Q’s effort to move the workout it was met with many roadblocks and ultimately usurped by el Jefe. Did a Tabata style workout with 4 rounds of 4 and some running with time at the picnic benches for reflection and then more Tabata. MARY: no – Tabata

Game of Ball Busters
– PAX formed a circle, with feet touching the PAX on either side and get into the Sumo Squat position.
– Object is to score by slapping the ball through a goal (any other PAX’s legs). The PAX who scores retrieves the ball while all other PAX perform burpees, starting at 1 and laddering up to 10 – For balls out of bounds, the pax perform 10 penalty merkins.
