The Thang: With five cones placed in five yard increments, the PAX performed the following traveling exercises, stopping at each cone to perform the stationary exercise, then traveling all the way back to start with no stops:
– 15 Merkins, then Bear Crawl to each cone for more merkins for 5 cones, and then Bear Crawl all the way back to start (no coupons)
– 20 Coupon Squats w/ OH Walking Lunge for 5 cones then Coupon Walking Lunge all the way back – 5 Thrusters w/ Murder Bunnies for 5 cones then Murder Bunnies all the way back
– 15 Glute Bridges w/ Crab Walk for 5 cones then Crab Walk all the way back (no coupons) – 10 Shoulder Press w/ Rifle Carry for 5 cones then Rifle Carry all the way back

CoT: It’s good to be busy, preoccupied, and challenged with projects and activities that help us grow. Men are meant to act and take action. However, it’s also important to maintain habits or practices that enable balance. Stephen Covey referred to this concept as taking time to “sharpening the saw.” Whatever that means for you, keep at it.
