THE THANG: 4.6 mile ruck with extra credit sandbag. Set a tabata timer. Every 5minutes we performed a MoM exercise for 1 minute. Tron took the sandbag during the workouts and we rotated the bag after each successive MoM. MoM exercises:

THE THANG – F3 Cornhole, Birthday Edition
Rules:
• Broke into 4 teams of 3
• The throw line is 10 yards from the exercise line and the boards are 7 yards from the throw line.
• Everyone starts performing that round’s exercise while the 1st PAX from each team bear crawls from exercise line to the throw line, throws 4 bags, picks up all 4 of their bags, drops them at the throw line and runs back to their team. • Scoring is 6 points for in the hole and 2 points for on the board.
• Continue to take turns throwing and flapjacking exercises until your team has scored 27 points or more, at which point switch to the 2nd exercise. • Continue until the first team reaches 54.

YHC thought teams were selected at random, but team 1 was getting suspiciously high scores. Testing was performed after their 2nd blowout win and it was clear to the Q that performance enhancing drugs were being used. As a penalty, Jenner’s scoring was reduced to 50% of everyone else’s. This handicap was clearly not sufficient as team 1 went on to win 2 of the final 3 rounds despite their handicap.
