WARMUP: Dynamic warmup on the football field, then mosey to the parking lot for the standard routine.

THE THANG: PAX form into pairs and mosey to the amphitheater for Dora, in which one PAX exercised while the other ran around the amphitheater. Exercises: 100 step ups and 150 dips.

PAX rejiggered the pairs and moseyed down the hill to the intersection of Yorktown Blvd and 28th St for more Dora, in which one PAX exercised while the other ran up one of the two slopes.

First round: 100 hand-release mercans and 100 American Hammers

Second round: 50 tempo mercans and 50 temp squats

Mosey back to the entrance to the football field for Mary.
