THE THANG:
The PAX split into 3 teams for 4 (5?) exciting rounds of Top Frolf.

The field had 5 landing zones at various distances from the tee box, marked by cones. Each team had to land their frisbee in each of the zones exactly once per round. Partial landings were accepted. Each PAX on each team took turns. If the PAX missed the target, then after doing a penalty burpee they bear crawled to where it landed and threw again from there. Once a PAX landed the frisbee in the zone, he ran it back to the next PAX on his team.

Non-throwers cycle through exercises while waiting (1 minute each). 1. WWIIs
2. Lunges
3. Box cutters
4. WWIs
5. Squats
6. Monkey humpers
7. Toy soldiers
8. LBCs
9. Shoulder taps
10. Mountain climbers

First team to hit all 5 targets wins. Winner chooses the exercise, and number of reps for each team.

Switch up the teams between each rounds, substituting crab walks, lunges, and reverse lunges for the method of travel.
