THE THANG:
The PAX divided into two groups and proceeded through a series of exercises, with a movement completed between each exercise. While Group 1 ran, Group 2 exercised (and vice versa). Those exercising would continue until all PAX from the other group returned. Runners who returned early held plank until their entire group was back.

ROUND 1:
– Movement: Between each exercise, sprint width of the soccer field and back. – Exercises:

– Movement: Between each exercise, sprint to the top of the hill and back. – Exercises:

Mosey to the bottom of the stairs leading to Discovery Elem.

ROUND 3:
– Movement: Between each exercise, run the stairs twice.

THE THANG: mosey to YHS for Step ups and dips and then on to main event. pax split into two groups and while one group runs over the hill and far away and back, the other group does: RD 1:

COT: the Q hates running, hills, and burpees. But he hopes by doing more of them he will hate them less. By telling the pax he needs to run more, he is hopeful the pax will help hold him accountable. Embrace the challenge and push yourself on the things you don’t like or struggle with. Asking for accountability from your team isn’t weakness it is growth.
