THE THANG: one pax runs the length of the soccer field with a rucksack. At either end, a pax is doing an assigned exercise. In the pocket of the rucksack, there are cards with other exercises. So one would run to the other side, switch the rucksack and pull out a card. Do that exercise until the other person returns. V ups

Q was up most of the night because there was some vandalism. His son went to a high school football game and someone shattered the windshield of his car. There are security cameras and a police report was filed. QIC was full of adrenaline which prevented a good night sleep. In the end, it’s only property damage and insurance will cover so the finacial to impact is minimal. The real threat would have been on my son walking up in people doing this. They used sons sort of large object and who knows what else they had on their person.
