COT: YHC is not a big Tom Brady guy, but came across this quote that struck him: “I did not come this far to only come this far.” It is a commonly cited draft stat that, in 2000, TB was not taken until the 6th round, behind a 198 other players. A huge misevaluation. But TB 12 was also misevaluated at the end of his career as well. As of last week: New England’s record since letting Tom leave is 31-49; Tom Brady’s record with Tampa Bay was 37-20. So, to this day, TB12 has won more games as a Buccaneer than New England has won without him, notwithstanding that he has been retired for 1.3 seasons at this point. YHC is dealing with those cliched end-of-career issues: ego, not happy with his role, not happy with the organization, his bosses are younger than him, etc. etc. We emphasize gratitude at F3, and gratitude is so important. Started with slow walking lunges, into air squats. Then started fellowship jog to front of LBSS. Stopping for more stretching. Then continuing fellowship jog around LBSS. Stop in the back, transition to Frankenstein walk, then Karaoke shuffle. Then continue jog to culdesac to start Main Event. THE THANG:
Split the group into 2 teams, lined up into stations.
Station 1: air squats to of the hill
Station 2: sprints up the hill
Station 3: burpees
Station 4: coupon curls
Station 5: merkins
Station 6: SSH
Start when sprinter gets to top of hill, then that man jogs down the hill to replace SSH. Then each man moves forward 1 station. Rinse & Repeat for 3 rounds
