The Thang
Circle up around a shuffled deck of cards. Each man chooses a card and calls out # of exercises corresponding to suit (IC or single count). Aces are 14, on down to 2.
Hearts: Burpees
Diamonds: LBC
Spades: Squat
Clubs: Merkins
Joker: 100 yard sprint

Naked moleskin

Sometimes something that seems simple is not so simple. A single deck of 52 cards and 2 jokers gave us a full body workout. Great work out there by an exceptional group of men. Also, this was an unknowing opportunity for Major Payne to impart some Q school cadence wisdom on the Pax. Some took to the coaching better than others. Noodle mentioned it was his birthday only at the end of the workout #NotARookie. Think he got his birthday Burpees in easy.
