Goal line. Run to 10. 1 burpee. Jog backwards back. 5 squats. Run to 10. 2 merkins. Karaoke back. 5 calf raises. Run to 10. 3 LBCs. Karaoke back. 5 joe louis.

Repeat.

20 yard line. 2 burpees. 4 merkins. 6 LBCs.
30 yard line. 3. 6. 9.
Etc.

Got through 80 yards and did a final 100 yard. With 10 burpees. 20 merkins. 30 LBCs. MARY: some spelling. Flutterkicks. Snow devils. And breathing.

THE THANG:
PAX worked together to achieve 100 pull-ups. PAX completed sets of 5-10 pull-ups, and then rotated through other stations of wall-sits and coupon squats while waiting for their next turn on the bar.

Ladder:
100 yard sprint. 100 LBCs. 100 yard sprint back to the original goal line. 90 yard backpedal. 90 Mountain Climbers. 90 yard backpedal to return. The pattern continued with:
80yd lateral shuffle. 80 calf raises. Return.
70yd butt kickers. 70 American Hammers. Return.
60yd high knees. 60 Dirty Dogs. Return.
50yd lunge walk. 50 Merkins. Return.
40yd bear crawl. 40 Jump Squats. Return
30yd sprint. 30 monkey humpers. Return.
20yd sprint. 20 Shoulder Taps IC. Return
10yd sprint. 10 hand release burpees. Return.

We picked up 2 FNGs along the way who thought our workout looked fun and asked what we were doing. After grabbing their email addresses, they later returned to finish the final 3 rounds and Mary with us. Shoutout to FNGs Dirk and Audi for stepping out of their comfort zone and joining us!

Playing with my balls

WARMUP: The usual, but during this, each PAX place 2 numbered cones randomly across the field.

THE THANG:
For 10 minutes, the pax ran back and forth between the goal line and 30 yd line. Every 2 minutes the clock stopped and those between 0-10 did 30 air squats, 10-20 -5 burpees, 20-30 -20 merkins.

On to the cones. We lined up with the 20, 30, and 40 lb medicine balls at the back of the line. They were passed forward overhead, to the side, or between the legs and the last man ran forward. Or, we just threw the balls, on route to the various cones in numerical order. When we reached the cone, we did burpees corresponding number on the cone (1-11 in this case).

ANNOUNCEMENTS: the grunt, the social, and the turkey trot

COT: Nano spoke about how to be the person who changes, you need to be the person who changes. sounds simple enough, but if you want to see real change you have to make the appropriate steps to change. I didn’t necessarily do this Justice, but the bottom of my principle is when you have that pause between moments, do you make the right choice, or do you make the easy choice?
