olympus Stairway to Stairs

WARMUP: SSH, Worlds greatest stretch, merkins, mosey a lap. THE THANG:
Split into 2 groups
– Group 1 did the stairs from the parking lot
– Group 2 did the bleachers (they were the timer)
– Meet back at the top of the parking lot stairs and do a variety of different merkins (diamond hands, spider man, switch hands, hand release, dry docks, regular)

3 rounds

Ultimate with burpees and one more sound of bleacher stairs

Following the crowd may not be the best idea but when it comes to food, the crowd usually gets it right.
