THE THANG: PAX each rolled the dice and chose a method of transportation to get to the resulting yard line (IE: roll of 1 to 10 yard line, etc.. roll of 5 to 50 yard line and roll of 6 to opposite 40 yard line)- After getting to the chosen yard line by bear crawl, crab walk, jog, karakoee, etc) we executed the following number of reps based on the yard line. 10 yard line- 10 mountain climbers
20 yard line- 10 mountain climbers/ 20 merkins
30 yard line- 10 mountain climbers/ 20 merkins/ 30 big bois. 40 yard line- 10 mountain climbers/ 20 merkins/ 30 big bois/ 40 squats

I believe we got in 8 rolls, but half of those were either 5 or 6 so we did alot of the full buffet of exercises above!

COT: Q has taken the high road recently on several unrelated situations that have been thrown his way. Even though he doesn’t agree with the outcome or position taken, sometimes it’s hard to debate an issue or offer your perspective if the other party has already taken action and made up their mind. High road has less traffic and may be easier to travel.
