THE THANG: After a brief fellowship lap around the bus circle the PAX gathered around in a circle on the sports ball fields to learn the true meaning of Festivus: a non-denominational holiday filled with one sided ridicule and mindless physical tests of strength. Also, there was an aluminum pole. • The tradition of Festivus began with the Airing of Grievances:
The QIC had a lot of problems with a select few PAX, and now they were going to hear about it! The QIC barked the ways in which they had disappointed him over the past year. After each name was read, and an appropriate insult hurled, a burpee was performed collectively by the group. And now as Festivus rolls on, we come to the feats of strength.
• Pole carry – pair up, 1 PAX carries the Festivus pole to the fence and back while the other PAX does a high knee skip. Switch exercises at the fence. • Remaining PAX performs the following until each team returns: o Mountain Climbers
o Star Jumps
o LBC’s
o Heisman Shuffle
o “Where am I’s”
o Football fast feet/Get down’s
o Bonnie Blairs
• Short mosey to the jungle gym on the playground – 2 rounds of max effort for pull ups while remaining PAX performs o Soccer kicks

• Mosey to the blocks for 2 rounds of Upper Deckers, Dips and Derkins – 20 reps each
• Mosey back to the field for 3 Rings of Festivus Fire – 5 goblet squats each while PAX held plank/high knees/Al Gore, 5 goblet squats then a bear crawl, 5 goblet squats, 5 Overhead Presses then bear crawl around the circle

800M – jog the turns, sprint the straights.

THE THANG: The Q decided today would be a crowd sourced Q and we would attempt to complete something that looked like the 12 days of Christmas. We went in ascending order. PAX moseyed around the campus stopping from time to time to add another exercise to the mix.

(b) At each stop, we added an exercise. We started at the beginning each time and added another exercise
