COT: YHC was blessed this morning to host a F3 version of a Bachelor Party for his 2.0, Snooki, who will be married on December 13. YHC is honored to stand with him as his Best Man on this day.

YHC shared how Snooki has been an example to him as he navigated several relocations in his formative years. He emerged with strong relationships which will be reflected in his wedding party.

YHC also shared how his amazing, smart, fierce, compassionate and beautiful fiancée, Miss Anna Kate Williams, is literally an answer to prayer as YHC and his M have been praying for his wife since before Snooki was born nearly 27 years ago.

YHC opened up the floor to PAX to share marital advice. The advice was rich…pray together, work to do more than 50% in the relationship, work at the marriage, have separate bathrooms, and much more.

YHC concluded by sharing his advice…to look at his beautiful bride on the wedding day the same way that he looked at his M nearly 30 years ago….to laugh and find joy in the worst of times and the best of times and to pray without ceasing.

Wear ruck or weighted vest while carrying coupons for 100m (50m out and 50m back) segments. Coupons included sandbags, med balls, KBs, tombstone, blocks, plates, dumbbells, Thor’s hammer. Weights ranged from 100# to 10#.

Round 1 – 100m round trip carry distance
Carry 1 – Offset Carry – Farmer carry different coupons or weights in each hand (ie., Thor’s hammer in one and a KB in the other) Carry 2 – Rifle Carry

COT: YHC noted the season of thanks and encouraged the PAX to find things in their lives that they typically would not consider giving thanks for. For example, YHC gave thanks for the airline that got his son back home safely from college (YHC normally curses airlines/airports for delays, cancellations and overall hassle of air travel!). Another example: YHC gave thanks for the insurance company that is making it possible for YHC’s middle child to get the care she needs. Without this insurance coverage, YHC would not be able to afford this level of care (YHC normally curses insurance companies for the sheer cost of coverage, the lack of coverage, and the hassle of having to fight for coverage). The PAX took a minute to go around the circle to vocalize (or in silence) something they are thankful for this year. YHC is thankful for the PAX coming out to join him in the gloom. Side note: today’s collection of coupons put a mile-wide smile on YHC’s face this morning. I still can’t stop smiling just thinking about that beautiful mess! Happy Thanksgiving men!
