THE THANG: as usual – no one followed directions except a half hearted attempt by Yard Sale. Rotated through 5 stations – timer was pax dribbling BB down with a lay up and back; SSH; LBCs; lacrosse stick press; kb swings. Once rotated through changed it up to sprint to the BB hoop and back; single arm rows; bb squat toss; OH press and wall sit. Once complete we played the saddest game of basketball ever witnessed.

Less than 100 years ago death was a common occurrence, now due to modern medicine at least in the US death is not discussed but instead what makes you happy or satisfied. Unfortunately nothing will truly satisfy, find something greater than you that will satisfy whether religion or something else.
