COT: My 16 year old has ACL surgery today. Last night at dinner my 14 year old was talking about how hard conditioning was at football. My 16 year old said he would never complain about conditioning again as he will be excited to run again. This reminded me how lucky we are to have this opportunity and blessing that we can work out when many cannot. We are doubly blessed that we have each other to do it with. Keep bringing new guys out. Tough in the summer but we need to continue to share this with others. And, be grateful that we have this opportunity.
