thepatriot A trip to Costco

WARMUP: SSH, LBACs, Michael Phelps, Moroccan Night Clubs, and a bunch of the otehr usual stuff THE THANG:
Parking Lot Phase:
We moseyed to the parking lot and then had to keep waiting for a parking space by using bear crawls and exercises based on the Beary Sweaty workout. We did a few rounds of : – Two crawl steps and 2 no cheat merkins
– Two crawl steps and full bonnie blair
– Two crawl steps and 2 burpees

Thankfully we found a parking space after several starts and stops and moseyed back over to the entrance.

Entrance
At the entrance we did T stabilizers to show the attendant our membership cards.

Once we got inside, we had several items to pick up on our shopping list. Shopping
We did 20 of each exercise.

– Chest press for mechanics on the tires
– Bicep Curls. Picking up wine
– Tricep curls, Picking up from high shelf
– Bent over rows (picking up water cases)
– Atlas shrugs (grass seed or fertilizer)
– Dog Food (Floor to ceiling)

We then rifle carried our brand new Playstation 5 to the cart in the middle of the field and stacked our coupons on it. From their we did AMRAAPS with a timer of pairs moving coupons to the end of the field and back on the cart. While waiting, do the following body weight exercises:

– Sofa Section (Reverse Burpees)
– Food samples – Jungle Bois (think Bobby Hurley’s but instead of slapping the ground your scooping with your 2 hands as if they were spoons) – Big boy situps
– Calf raises in front lunge position (switch legs when they turn around) – Star crunches
– Supermans

Thankfully, we found all we need an more and move to checkout.

Checkout
– Copper head squats while waiting in line
– Ring of fire with coupons going through checkout – Each pax takes coupons off cart and then forms a circle where we can pass all coupons around the full circle at least one time. We passed the circle to the left and right.

When you shop at Costco, you can’t pass up the $1.50 Hotdog and Soda.

Food Court
– Foot release squats

After our tasty meal, we had to check receipts with more T stabilizers. We then got in our car for some Mary.

COT: Advent is a season of waiting in hope. In my faith, we have hope that all things will be set right some day when there is a new heaven and a earth. That hope helps to endure when things don’t go right in this world, or when we suffer, or when we face injustices that won’t be corrected in our lifetime. The hope also give the strength to do the right thing, even if it won’t be rewarded now, because one day it will. In this season, I encourage everyone to look for their hope in the 3rc f of faith.
